On October 16, 2026, Hearing Help Pvt Ltd, in partnership with WS Audiology, unveiled the latest BestSound Center 3.0 in Jammu. This initiative provides crucial hearing care to underprivileged residents, marking a significant step towards accessible healthcare in the region.
Located at 17-A/D, Near District Police Lines, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, the new center reflects a consumer-centric approach to hearing care. This modern facility aims to bridge the gap between clinical services and patient experience, promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

As part of the inaugural event, WS Audiology collaborated with the Suryoday Foundation to donate 150 hearing aids to 75 low-income residents, emphasizing their commitment to enhancing the accessibility of vital hearing care.
According to the World Health Organization, India is home to around 63 million individuals suffering from significant hearing loss. The new BestSound Center aims to alleviate this crisis by making state-of-the-art hearing solutions available right at the doorstep of Jammu’s residents. This effort responds to the long-standing barriers posed by stigma, high costs, and lack of awareness about hearing health.
“Our mission is to ensure that access to quality hearing care is not determined by economic status or geographic location,” said Mr. Avinash Pawar, the Managing Director and CEO of WS Audiology India. “With our new center, we bring world-class technology and an enriching experience that reconnects people with their families and communities.”
The BestSound Center 3.0 features an innovative design with interactive areas for diagnostics, counseling, and product trials. Patients can explore their options in a non-clinical, open environment. The facility harbors advanced hearing evaluation equipment and offers unique sound zones for real-time auditory experiences.

One of the highlights of this center is its offering of two premium hearing aid brands: Signia and Widex. Each brand caters to different listening preferences, ensuring that every individual can find a solution that resonates with their personal auditory needs. This tailored approach stems from rigorous clinical research and demonstrates the center’s commitment to personalized care.
“We are thrilled to introduce the BestSound Center to Jammu in partnership with WS Audiology,” expressed Mr. John Zargar, Managing Director and CEO of Hearing Help Pvt Ltd. “Our goal since 2019 has been to provide advanced hearing care to individuals who, until now, had to travel long distances or go without. This collaboration enables us to offer transformative audiological solutions right here in the community.”
In collaboration with the Suryoday Foundation, the center initially identified 75 beneficiaries who struggled to access hearing treatment due to financial constraints. The donation of 150 hearing aids aims to restore their hearing and help them reintegrate into their social and professional worlds.
“Untreated hearing loss can lead to feelings of isolation and difficulty in communication,” added Pawar. “We strive to remove these barriers, ensuring that individuals do not have to live in silence. Our ongoing care supports not just the fitting of devices but also their proper use and maintenance.”
“Our community is our focus,” Zargar stated. “Through our continuous efforts, we will also conduct awareness campaigns and free hearing screenings in Jammu and its neighboring areas. We want to spread the message that proactive steps toward better hearing health can dramatically change lives.”
This initiative reflects WS Audiology and Hearing Help’s shared vision of championing accessible and compassionate hearing care across Jammu and Kashmir, demonstrating how innovative approaches can lead to healthier communities.
